Each Elysian Frontiers piece is made to order with care. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at elysianfrontiers@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Additional Notes

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • We are unable to process claims submitted after 7 days of delivery

  • Minor variations in color or print placement may occur due to the production process and are not considered defects
